The salesman was very courteous and knowledgeable. The crew was very fast and efficient. They were done very fast and quickly. I would use them in the future.
Beware - they offer a free, "no-pressure" consultation, then come to your house and say "we really like to get an answer same day rather than having you wait and call us back when you are ready." Then, they tell you what type of financing options you can get based on your credit score and down payment and have you sign a contract with them BEFORE you are approved for the loan. I contracted with DaBella to install a new roof and gave them a $1000 deposit. Due to a sudden family problem, I tried to cancel the contract on the third day of the contract date which was within the 5 day cancellation period. I sent them an e-mail, a fax and numerous phone calls notifying them that I am canceling the project. I asked them to refund my deposit. They have not done so.

Stay as far away as possible. So many issues: • Lied about the need for new siding, (verified by two independent contractors who inspected the property before the old siding before it was removed). • Used high pressure sales and scare techniques against my elderly mom who was coerced into signing the contract. • Missed the installed date with no communication. • When we requested to cancel because they miss their install date by 2 weeks with no sign of them starting the job, they showed in their contract where they keep 50% ... read more

Do not use DaBella. They do not know how to install roofs or gutters. I selected them thinking they are a large company that will support their work and installation. I was wrong. They tore off my gutters and destroyed my soffits. Now they are falling off the house. I have had a horrible experience with their lack of professionalism and customer service. Chris Rotarte in the Vancouver office does not return calls and Darren Fitzgerald is not responsive either. Horrible experience. Do not use them.

Terrible harassing experience. First off, the sales guy that came out was pushy and I felt like I was in a used car lot, not my home. I told my wife after he left that it was the single worst sales pitch experience in my life. He started off by telling me that he didn't like people telling him they would "think about it" and that when he left, he wanted either a yes or no answer. Scheduled 2 different appt for them to come out, they didn't show up both times. Then i get a call from Voltaire Herrra and he asked me more questions about where i lived and hung up on me after i told him i did not care to have them come out.
I was recently approached by DeBella for a free quote on siding and windows. My experience getting this free quote was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any company. Don't contract with door to door salespeople. What you get if you even entertain a free quote is a sleazy arrogant sales person like John Mckee that comes into your home, wastes your time, and disrespects you and your family throughout your interactions with them. Scummy sales tactics, same cut as used car salesmen. Felt like I was held hostage in my living room by their two salespeople, who tried to upsell (offered to replace my brand new gutters, do 4x the work), and talked in circles about everything under the sun. When I said no, they called their office and had a conversation ABOUT ME in front of me. Absolute insanity. Avoid unless lonely.
