We made an appointment for an estimate on new siding and windows. The phone representative told us to plan 60-90 minutes for the visit. A very friendly and knowledgeable salesman came to our house, asked questions, made his presentation, etc. After 2.5 hours we finally had to ask him to wrap up, as it was 7:30p. We were told we'd have an estimate the next day. That was two weeks ago. No information, no follow up, no estimate. The lack of accurate information regarding length of the initial visit combined with no follow throu... read more

Apologies for the long wait on that! We had some miscommunication with that specific specialist, which we took care of with them. The way they performed isn't reflective of the service that homeowners have come to know when they deal with DaBella. Thank you for the feedback!
It was terrible. They forgot about us for months. When they did get to us they did not finish the whole roof when they had the things to do it.They put us off for so long our living room carpet is ruined and was not replaced.I would not refer them to anyone or hire them again.I would rather live with tarps covering my house than to have them work on it again. They have made first time home ownership 1 big nightmare. They then had the nerve to ask us to hire them to do our siding.NO!!!!!!!!!
Business response:
That's terrible, we're so sorry this was your experience! This sounds like a situation where there was a miscommunication about what we'd be doing with the roof. We'd like to understand this better though so please call 855-322-3552. Thank you.
The short version of this review is they use high pressure sale tactics to get you to sign a contract on the spot and once that contract is signed you are no longer important to them. They do NOT communicate the status of your project. When you call to inquire they hustle you off the phone with a promise to call back and then never do. The job was scheduled to be completed mid-September. It is now the first of November and it is STILL not 100% completed. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM. I will never use them again and never would re... read more

Thank you for this feedback and we're sorry for the frustration. Rest assured that: 1. Almost all of the double ups we do are for training purposes of some sort (as was the case with yours), 2. During contract signing we talk about how much of the material needs time to arrive and how that can take weeks, and 3. During contract signing we talk about having you remove anything on or close to the siding that can get in the way or get damaged. If anything is left there, we aren't liable nor responsible for the item being repair... read more
Very poorly. Once the sales rep had his signed contract he was gone. Had to call “customer support” many times for updates and usually got the run around. They delivered the wrong garage door. Took months to get the job done. I should have just hired contractors on my own and not hired DaBella. The woman Owner that is praised in their lengthy presentation should be ashamed. It was one of the worst experiences I have had. Instead of re-installing my gutter pipe correctly after they replaced the siding, they simply CUT THE DRA... read more

Apologies for this miscommunication! We pride ourselves in making sure our homeowners know what's happening ahead of time and failed to do that here. We appreciate your feedback and were glad we could get this resolved. Thank you and apologies again.
We chose DaBella and paid the high price because we were impressed with the quality of materials and expected the work to be professional and high quality too. Wrong! The sales rep promised completion in 3-4 days; 14 days later it was not. Some of their work was just plain shocking - for example, they shingled to the edge of the roof but there was a gap of over an inch to the gutter. Luckily, it was in a location that we could see. They came back and corrected it but our trust was shook. What about areas we couldn't inspect?... read more

We're deeply sorry for the frustration! There's a lot to unpack here that we'd like to talk about with you, so please contact us back. Thank you.
Was told we would meet for 60-90 minutes. Was at our house for over 2.5 hours. Was more of a high pressure sales pitch. Estimate was very high.
Business response:
That is way too long unless you're purchasing from us or unless you have a ton of questions, so we apologize. We'll do some training with the specialist to ensure this doesn't happen again. Thank you.
I made it clear that I was only interested in a bid, since I was just starting to gather information. They said it would take no more than 90 minutes for the two bids. They were there for three and a half hours.I was shown pictures that made it seem my house needed not only a new roof sooner rather than later, but that my entire house needed to be resided. The total bid was around $73 K. When I expressed dismay, they began talking discounts and financing. I felt double-teamed. I finally told them I couldn't commit on the spo... read more

That is way too long to be there unless you're purchasing from us or you have a ton of questions, so we apologize. As for the price, the number is reflective of the quality that you chose out of what we have to offer as well as a warranty and options that other companies don't have. We appreciate the feedback though and will use it to train our specialist better. Thank you.
They never showed up. Two and a half months after we signed the contract they informed us that they did not want to do the job.
Business response:
We apologize for the miscommunication here. We had to cancel this project out because we couldn't do the work and our initial specialist thought we could. We hope you got the roof addressed and wish you the best.
The contractor stoped the job walk when he realized he could not solve my problem..
Business response:
We apologize for this situation. We've since done training and corrective action to ensure that our contractors perform at a higher level, and our reviews are reflecting that more and more. We owe that success to feedback like this, so thank you.
