I choose not to use DaBella. For 3 reasons. 1) they oversold their services - They took up nearly 2 hours of my time and didn't get me with a quote. They provided all the information I needed and a lot I didn't. For example, I didn't need a 10 min story on how the company got its name. 3) Failure to show for a meeting- after taking up 2 hours of my time and not getting what they needed to quote the job they failed to show for a follow-up meeting. The person that I spoke with in customer service asked if my husband would be at the estimate with me. Once I told her he wouldn't, as he doesn't deal with the house repairs, she back peddled the appointment and said that they couldn't make the appointment unless all decision making parties are present. My husband doesn't make the decisions when it comes to the house repairs, I always have and find this very offensive and sexist.

The sales pitch was great and outside collecting the money, DaBella did not do much. They subcontracted with another crew who seal over vents crushed gutters. The damages are fixed but we are not confident it was done right. We wanted a 50 year roof that wold last 50 years but that confidance is gone. They told us it wold cost so much because the roof was too high to machine deliver materail and the dumpster was going to be down the street. Very, very hard sell approach. Even though I told the person I am getting other bids, he tried to get me to sign a contract that day. Even after telling him to stop with the hard-sell and I will NOT sign anything that day, he kept at it. He even used the class car salesman line "What price will get you to sign today." I almost kicked him off my property since he kept ignoring my request to not ask me to sign up for anything that day, but I didn't want to stoop to that rudeness. It did not go well for various reasons, although I am hoping and assuming the quality of their work was and is as good as they portrayed. First of all, if you use them, be prepared that when they come to give you an estimate, they send a salesman, and it is almost worse than buying a car. He comes with a huge notebook that he has to go through page by page and when I expressed a disinterest in this , he appeared and offended and said "they told you when you called that the appt. would take 60-90 minutes". Our salesmen, Jeff was awesome. He really made a good first impression representing the business. Unfortunately it started to go down hill from there. They gave us a vague timeline for when the install would start (They have to costume make the windows -I get that) but I shouldn't have to be calling them every 2 weeks just to check on them to try and get a install date scheduled. I would not recommend DaBella exteriors to anyone. DaBella was grossly negligent in installing our new roof (less than five years ago) such that I now have thousands of dollars of interior damage, and a leaking roof. DaBella is aware of the damage and has as of yet to do anything about it, even though I have a GAF Gold Warranty. For the full story, please read below. Not done. The salesman Justin Johnson who showed up for a 60 to 90 min evaluation of our roof wasted 4 hour of our time. He was on the phone trying to get us the best deal, then I was told if I would do a high rated review on YELP that I could save on my estimate. He said that the reviews on yelp were the lowest and they needed help to get them higher. After wasting our time we sat back and waited for them to get the financing approved. The product quality was really great, but the customer service was terrible. They still owe me like a thousand dollars that it took to fix my heater after they were here. They keep telling me they're going to send it to me and they keep not sending it. They damaged my furnace.
