They came out to provide a quote, I did not select them to do the work. More than a year later, they solicit call me an average of twice a day, upwards of 4 times a day. Usually leaving a voicemail once a day. Do not make the mistake of getting a quote from this company or sharing your phone number.

Absolutely would not recommend this company to ANYONE!! To start they came out to give me a quote on siding. They promised to come back the following weekend after we were to get a quote from Sears. Needless to say Matt and Mike never showed up or called. The company called a few weeks later to follow up and apologize. They're just too busy and we slipped through the cracks. Perhaps DaBella providesgreat quality and value in their work, but we will never know: their utterlyobnoxious marketing model has completely turned our opinion against ever hiring them. These door-to-door roofing salespeople are supposed to register with the police. City officials suggest that anyone who has one of these folks come knocking at their door simply call the police. They are in violation of an Albany city ordinance prohibiting this type of activity. And the scare tactics they use with homeowners are unconscionable.
Lack of professionlsim
After measuring windows in the house, they brought the demo window into the home and Jeff continued to take us through the details of the window. The nice lock, the glass, the colors, etc were all features that he pointed out. He continued to show us how durable the window was, and pounded the glass with his fist. We scheduled a quote for windows. The guys who came out to give us a bid were nice at first, but then the sell tactics started and they wanted us to sign a contract right then and there without discussing it in privately together. They kept repeating that they weren't pushy sales people, while ironically being very pushy. I also found them to be less than professional. About two years ago we put a new roof on our house. We are now adding an 18'x24' stand alone workshop and we wanted the roof to match the house. However, it seems the manufacturer no longer makes the product available in the NW. Dabella bought up all the remaining stock in the area when this happened about a year ago and so are the only source for this product.
