I went to web stie to request a quote. I have 2 houses in different locations that need windows. I had approximate measurements. They would not give me quotes without a sales rep coming to the site. I do not have time to deal with 20 different sales reps nor to go form one side of town to another just for them to take measurements. The whole time in sending info and taking a call was a waste of my time. I do not need this. I do not recommend.

This is a pre install review on Daniel and Da Bella Exteriors (roofing). Daniel is very personable and the right person to have in the presale/inspection position. Daniel was right on time for my appointment. We went over his recommendations for a new roof and my concerns (are all roofers licensed/insured and capable of doing the work-Yes). He had all the material to show his items/services, so that it was easier to visually see what he was explaining. It started with a cold-call at my home at 8pm, well past dark, on a very cold and rainy day. I felt bad for the exhausted-looking middle-aged man on my step. I set up a time for a quote. The gentlemen that came out for a quote were late. One in training, the other the trainer. Neither one looked suited to the task of working on a roof, and armed with tactics normally employed when selling used cars. Everything was fine. Went fast and crews cleaned up afterwards. Then after it was all done they came back to make sure I was happy. There were a couple of little things to take care of that went well also.

DaBella is only prompt at sending salespeople to your house and asking for money. It took DaBella over 2 months longer to start work on my roof than the contractual start date; thus, instead of doing the work in the summer as planned, they started work in the heavy rains and then only after repeated phone calls. After they were "done" it took a couple more weeks and many more phone calls to get them to fix mistakes they made like forgetting to glue down part of the roof, reconnect the electrical line safety cables and fix t... read more

I got home last evening at 8:30pm and wanted to walk around my house and admire my new roof. I no sooner stepped out of my car and took a couple steps and saw that the place in the driveway where the workers had their materials still had debris (small pieces of wood, shingles, and even a couple nails) in the driveway. I walked around the house ? at dusk, and even in that low level of light yet laying in plain sight ? I found 17 more nails and/or staples. Not well. I was looking for a simple roof repair and the company only provides full roof replacements. It felt like their special offer was a sales pitch with a bait and switch.
