9I withdrew from using this company because I think they were priced too high, did not give me a written estimate, and are into "hard sell" tactics. I also believe they were not totally honest about the loan that they were arranging. I have no opinion of their finished work which may, indeed, be as good as they claimed, but I was not interested in finding out.....
The work on the roof itself is great, clean up and follow through were terrible .We were very specific with the sales rep. from the very beginning that at no time could they block or use the driveway tothe Hospice next door to our home, we were assured by Luke that he would communicate this to everyone. Got home late and found that they had parked a portable potty and truck not only in my neighbors driveway but in their yard. DaBella Exteriors with work performed by H&B Roofing. The work was originally stated it would take two to three days. It ended up being two weeks and two days from start to finish. Coax TV cable was cut with no notification from workers. We found this later that evening when we discovered no TV signal to the upstairs of the house. Siding was damaged when removing existing/installing new flashing. When informing of the issue, the first response was to note in H&B?s contract that they are not responsible for siding damage. ... read more
