At first I was skeptical and a little on edge about working with Dabella - my initial contact was not great, but working in person with ******* ***** and ****** ******* saved this sale. ******* was especially helpful at this stage. He asked me what I needed from the consultation in order to move forward and he respected my wishes. **** and *** were really helpful in explaining options for both roof and windows. They explained the process that we would go through from start to finish, provided samples for us to look at and choose between, and helped us pick the solution that both fit our needs for the home and our budget. We're so thankful for their professional demeanor and willingness to work us through everything we needed. We're looking forward to having updated, non-drafty windows and a beautiful new roof.

Eyalu was my representative. I was impressed with her training and her patience. She worked with me for a long time to get it right. The installers (5) came on time and managed to finish 15 windows in 3 hours without forgetting anything. I would grade them an A. Overall a painless experience!
