Any questions we asked that he didnt know 100% he figured it out quickly, he cared about us, he wasnt pushy, he found an affordable solution for us. I had called the ************* to cancell my appointment, however they send someone out anyway. When *** arrived at my home he was not aware of my cancelation. I did invite him in and he measured the area. He gave me choices of colors and options of grab bars, and benches. He seemed to know his job very well. He quoted me a price. I told him I will think about it and get back intouch with company.
