Upon the arrival of the **** ************************************* she was knowledgeable from the start and very personable! Being made feel very comfortable, she told me various things I had no idea about, though I did know I needed new windows. She took the time to explain everything, answer all questions and give me a great deal so I could afford to do all the windows in my house instead of the couple I intended to when I made the appointment.
