Before install ******* and ****** came out to help me with blind removal and I really appreciated it because that stuff would be hard for me. when the installer ***** came out they were fast and efficient and did a great job. The representatives that I had the pleasure of meeting and going into agreement with for new windows on my home were very smart and personable. The product they sold me on being American made and warranted for 50 is most excellent. They were honest and a pleasure to have in my home.
***** was not only courteous and professional, but very personable. She was interested with my family and shared with us as well. She didn't make me feel like a sales pitch, but instead made me feel like she is concerned my family's welfare. I am super excited about my triple pane windows with krypton gas and saving money on my bill and helping with energy efficiency to keep in heat for my moms arthritis. Very happy!
