The work performed was perfect. Everything was done on time and as described. It was done in one day" the clean up was spotless. The material was beautiful.The only reason for any less than 5* review is the quality of the shower control. The quality of this product leaves a lot to be desired for the amount of money spent.I think from the standpoint of customer satisfaction it would be nice if the original sales person would do a follow up visit.

Our shower install was excellent. Quality of materials top notch. BUT, the referrals were never followed up on which was an embarrassment to us.

It was an great experience from start to finish. The reps who came in were professional and courteous. I never once felt pressured and they worked with my budget. The windows came in earlier than expected and the installer was amazing! My kids were curious and asked a ton of questions and he answered every one of them and never seemed annoyed or upset over them.The windows are amazing!
