It was great, Dave was really helpful. He was really great along the whole process. My mother is elderly so I was nervous to do a job like this but the process for her was great and he reassured her and checked in with her everyday and made sure the process went well.
We will have our roof done very shortly, and if their craftsmanship is anything like their customer service, we know we will not be disappointed. Thank you Steve, you made this a really good experience, I feel like I can call anyone at Da Bellas and get the same knowledgeable customer service If need be.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT STARTING WITH THE GUY WHO FIRST KNOCKED AT MY DOOR, ORION, AND THE SALES GUY, MIKE SHAW, WHO DID THE QUOTE AND INSPECTION WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING. THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE AND DID AND EXCELLENT JOB. MY ROOF IS BEAUTIFUL
We appreciated the care and communication with everyone from DaBella. When it was discovered that more of the roofing sheets had mold on the underside we were told immediately and given thorough explanations for how they would remedy the issues of circulation in the attic space. All of the crews were very careful to not disturb any of the landscaping and to clean up at the end of the day. DaBella was not the cheapest of the potential roofing contractors, but you do get what you pay for!! We were very impressed!!
I understand the installation crew will be here next week. I am anxious to see the end result, and will give another review after it is installed. So far I am very happy with my decision to get er done!
So far the process has gone well. They showed up at my place got up on the roof and looked around. They found some soft spots and went through the process of roof removal and replacement. I had a unique financing situation. They were willing to step through that process with me. Looking forward to my new roof.
They showed up early and worked through daylight hours. Hauled away the trash and left a clean yard.
