I must give them 5 stars for attention to detail. The salesman Ian Walker couldnt have been any better or more knowledgable about his product, a true gentleman. Both the contractor and his installers were a pleasure to work with and we would recommend DaBella Exteriors to our family and friends. Great job guys, we love the windows. <br />
Amy, the sales consultant was very professional and detailed. She explained everything and was not in a rush nor pushy just to get the sale. The installers came and installed the windows and were very professional as well. Windows can create a lot of mess and they did not leave anything behind and cleaned everything that got dusty during the process. I am not going to use the coupon now. I am extending the work past the coupon expiration date. They were absolutely polite and professional.
They were right on time. They cleaned up really well after themselves. They were extremely professional and did a wonderful job.
<p>The roofing job went very well, the contractors were on time and the work was done in the time frame they specified. I was most impressed with the fact that the roof looked great and the property was restored to pre roofing condition; you couldn't even tell that anyone had been there. These guys are awesome. Ron the Sales Rep. was so awesome answering all my questions. I had an emergency and had to go out of State he even offered to refund some of my down payment and redo the loan paperwork ( I didn't have to have him do it but it was so nice of him to offer.) I was gone for 4 days and 3 nights they came and did the whole job including delivering the recycle container and roofing materials to clean up while I was gone. From the DaBella neighborhood canvasser, Tommy, to the salesman Mike, to Jose and his installation crew - all were thoroughlypolite and professional. We had a lot of issues such as water damage in several parts of the house, meaning that much of the underlying structure had to be replaced. This required their taking four full days to complete the job. Projects of this complexity seem to always have surprises, hiccups and previously unforeseen problems. We are quite pleased the none of that happened within this project!
