Did not hear back for about a week, then got an email ad about gutter and roof specials for November. My husband called the company, but was told he and I both had to be present to get a bid - not convenient for us and communication was cumbersome so we are not pursuing a bid. <br /> <br /> UPDATE: We were contacted on 11/25/14 by the customer service supervisor, who explained communication difficulties. Now scheduled for bid in one week and will provide update then.

The crew was scheduled. They had a 15 cubic yard dump box delivered to the site. They where scheduled to be out . The full crew did not make it, but one man got started. The next day we had rain showers. They removed the bad pieces of trim and wood siding on my home. Then they covered the siding with Raindrop, water protective weather wrap, waterproofed around all my windows, custom cut and installed all the trim around the windows, doors, hose bibs, electrical outlets, and where the heat pump connections were. Our house is a large Dutch Colonial, the roof is a major feature. The old roof was cedar shakes with composition layered over it.
