At this point, we're reviewing the estimate process and it went very well. Daniel gave us a good education about roofing and roofing materials. He cheerfully and patiently answered all our many questions. And he certainly knows his business: professional but not pushy and willing to work with us on the cost. We feel confident we are going to get an excellent product for a competitive price. We look forward to the installation and will be back to tell you how that went. <br />
The workers arrived -- Austin and Steve -- and immediately put drop clothes all through our house including up a a flight of stairs. Once that was done, they removed the old shower, and installed the new one. They were extremely careful to make sure the walls were aligned. Were prepared to removed any dry rot, but found none to remove. Caulked and sealed everything after the installation. <br /> <br /> <br />
<p>I had a new 50 year GAF roof installed with new gutters and fascia boards. they also had to replace some dry rot boards on the eves and roof. </p> <p>My construction job went a little awry. there was some miscommunication and that caused some delays. The installers came as scheduled. Unfortunately I had changed the color of the roof (the salesman encouraged me to buy a different roof color than my house's roof and I was too sleepy at the time to realize it--it was the quality of the product he was pushing--didn't figure out the color until afterward when the installer called me. In any case the new color (that matched my roof) wasn't ready until the next day. Installation went well--roofs look great. He was very thorough and asked the right questions and gave comprehensive information . He was willing to give me pricing that included 2 different scenarios. There was no charge for the estimates. <br />
Really enjoyed working with the salesman and management. We solicited several bids and this bid was the highest, but not by that much. It started out quite a bit higher, but was adjusted several times during the sales process. <br /> This is the type of work that just doesn't get done that often, so we had very little experience with the process.
