I'm very pleased with my DaBella siding. Everything that the sales rep. RJ Melendez said would happen, did happen in the manner said. the crew that did all the labor involved were very hard workers, and put in full days. They always cleaned up after each work day. They were very informed on the product and would answer any questions you asked about their work or the siding. Austin custom fit a bench and safety bars for my specific size as well as my husband. I feel very safe now in my new shower. It is easy to step in and out too. He custom measured our curtain rod to fit our new curtain perfectly. His personality was extremely friendly and informative. He explained how to use our new shower too. We are deaf and he was very patient with us through out the process. Our grown son loves the shower and now uses it on a daily basis. It went very well. I had a 19 yr old cedar shake roof and they removed the old roof and re-sheeted and put a composition roof on. I assumed it would take days and be a mess. Chris assured me they were very professional and my yard, patio, and driveway would look like it did before they started. Chris was available for questions and walked me thru the process and made sure I understood everything and was comfortable with things before they started. He was truly a man of his word. Could not have gone better, start to finish. We didn't know DaBella had expanded their repertoire to include bathrooms until Amy and Sherrie came (a great sales experience, too - they're good). We had them replace our roof a year ago (another great experience), which made us willing to listen. To be honest, we were ready to have this done because the old tub was starting to come apart, and we'd been talking for years about replacing it with a shower. A DaBella representative came by our home to talk to us about our roof just driving by when he was in our neighborhood. His name is Scott. He showed us the problems with our current roof and showed us what DaBella could do for us. We were not in the market for a new roof at that time, but knew we needed to start thinking that direction. We did 2 more windows on our house. Joe Ramirez was fantastic with the project. He gave new ideas to the design of it. This is project number 3 with DaBella. We are clients for life.
