They did a beautiful job in a timely manner. They worked hard, and quickly, as a well coordinated team. It took them about 4 days start to finish. They also protected our landscaping and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased.

It went very well, the whole team was very attentive and available for all our questions and needs. The process took about a day and a half. <br /> Austin protected our flooring to and from the door, and our yard (his staging area). He kept everything clean and tidy as he worked, and then cleaned up after to a very high standard.

Initial visit was very thorough. All my questions were answered. RJ was very professional looking and took as much time as needed. He came back to my home several times to make minor changes at my request and made sure I was comfortable with the product. <br />

DaBella actually came to my door saying they were working in the area and looking at neighbors roofs. While that seemed strange we had them come to do an estimate the next day. Jona and Dustin were nice salespeople. I was nervous after reading some of the other reviews but they were straightforward, honest and didn't push us to do anything we weren't comfortable with. It was so easy to have them do the jobs.They were so careful to be on time and to keep work area neat. They were in contact with us on a daily basis to make sure all was going smoothly and if I had any questions. Polite, respectful and NO CUSSING. Yeah! <br />

Amy Hand from DaBella was my initial contact with DaBella. She scheduled a convenient time to come and place an estimate for the new roof. Since I am new to this, she was very patient and took the time to explain, in detail, the short comings of my existing roof (which should have been replaced a couple of years ago) and the intricacies of replacing it. Robert came out for a roofing estimate. He was very knowledgeable and performed a very thorough inspection, getting up on the roof and also climbing into the attic to look for any leaks, etc. Replacement would have included removal of two layer of previous roofing. The estimate came in a bit higher than I was prepared to pay at this time but I hope to have it replaced within a couple of years and will definitely be calling DaBella back out at that time.

The sales rep, Mike Shaw did an excellent job in walking us thru the entire process from the initial sales presentation thru the installation and followup processes. The installers did their work in a professional and thorough manner. I especially am impressed with Mike's knowledge and ability to set our minds at ease regarding the whole project and any concerns that we have had. <br />

We had gotten an estimate and were planning on getting one more after DaBella. John showed us the differences in the products andthe installation process. I think what sticks most in my mind is his statement: "We don't give you several options, only one, the right way." <br /> The estimate was with in $1500. of the other companys "highest of three" and they never mentioned our sky light, they never went in our attic and they weren't the higher quality products or the guarantee.
