<p>There seemed to be a lack of communication between Mike and us. We would leave a message and get no response. </p> <p>We were getting somewhat irritated and wondered what we should do. There were some certificates or rebates we were susposed to get but we could get no response to our messages. The head office either did not pass our concerns on or they fell on deaf ears. I did a lot of research before going with DaBella. Ultimately the reason I hired them was because the sales rep Joe Ramirez. He was extreemly courteous and also very knowledgable about the products. Unlike reps from the two other companies I looked into, he reallytook the time to answer all of my questions. He provided detailed information about the product and the financing options I had. The overall experience was pleasant. The estimator climbed all over through my attic and looked in every nook and cranny. They didn't find any leaks "Thank Goodness". But they did find a spot where I was missing come kind of metal and it was letting water get behind my gutters causing some rot. My roof has been on there for about 15 years and is really showing its age. I cant afford to do my roof now but when I do I will use Dabella For sure!! <br />

Was contacted on a walk up, talked with service rep the next day. Was walked through every thing that needed to be done and an exact price. Signed a contract a few days later when they got financing for us. Took a little longer than expected to get the roofers out but it was not a problem due to weather. When the roofers arrived they got the job done in 2 days, it was a complete tear off and re-sheeting job. My house had all aluminum windows and an aluminum sliding glass door that I knew needed replacing. A DaBella representative came out and priced replacing everything. I really liked the look and efficiency of the triple pane windows and doors but was unable to afford replacing them all at the same time. The representative recommended starting with the sliding glass door and large front window as they were the largest sources of heat loss and would make the biggest impact visually as well. First, I want to note that this is my mom's account; this is Daniel Munn's experience with Da Bella. <br /> Polly was/is my sales representative/go-to person. She was personable, knowledgeable and professional. The same can be said for Oliver and his crew. Neither the install crew nor their vehicles had any Dabella identity/link beyond an in-hand copy of the original order. Contacted DaBella who responded: they don't provide any i.d. for their contractors. Dabella could not even provide me with the names of the crew involved beyond one individual. I let people unknown to me access to my home on a telephonic say-so ?? BAD POLICY. The install crew were consistently very courteous, professional and efficient.
