I got 6+ bids for my roof. Tony came out and offered me great options for both materials, pricing, and warranties. The business had a great reputation, so we negotiated on prices and he was able to be very reasonable especially considering the large multi-gabled large andtall steep roof at my house. <p>Job was completed in two days. They made sure the driveway and walk ways were clean and clear when they left on the first day and did a nice clean up job when they finished on the second day. Everything went smoothly and I am very satisfied with the results.</p> <br />
The timing was very good and they stuck to the schedule very well. The delivery of product was on site the day before as scheduled and the workers were here the day they were scheduled. They had bid to replace the utility roof with exterior ply and checked the rest of the roof for any rot. They did what they said they would do. The work was done in the proper time and the clean-up was very good. I found one nail in the yard. That was great! <br />
They did a very good job on the installation even though they were dealing with a 1940 house that had been neglected and then refurbished. The door was very difficult and they did an excellent job of getting it in and level and airtight even though nothing in this house is square. Before they ordered the door and windows the installer came over and took off the trim on the front door to see how the original door was installed and to see if they would have to do anything special during the installation. When they came to install the door and windows they were very fast and did a great job. The door was difficult, as anticipated, but they were able to do a great job of getting it in square. We signed the contract on a Friday. By the following Friday the roof was completely installed. And this was during a very rainy period. Very pleased with the response time. <br /> The supervisor discussed the job with me prior to starting work. I questioned a few things which he addressed to my satisfaction. The crew started work at 8:00 AM and had half the roof shingled by 5:00 PM.Because of threatening rain, they put waterproof underpayment down. They arrived on time and did a full examination of the roof from the top to the inside of the attic. I had threedifferent companiesout to look at the project and these guys did the best job of looking at my roof and giving me a full report on what needs to be done. I am waiting for one more estimate before I decide who will do the work. I am leaning toward DaBella because these guys did such a good job inspecting the roof that I would imagine the work their crews do installing would be the same quality. <br />
