<p>We were planning on pricing a new roof this year. DaBella came through the neighborhood going door to door and we signed up to have their roofers come out to see our home. We were also looking into siding. The sales reps that came out were awesome, so nice. They were very knowledgeable about what we had in place and what their company could do for us. Polite person came to my door and we set up an appointment for the estimator. He was punctual and pleasant but their price was higher than I can handle at this time.
Work was done in two stages (Roof first, then gutters). For the roof part, a two-man team worked three complete days, starting 8am and finishing past 6pm with minimal breaks. Temperature was a factor, as it was in the teens and twenties all three days. Completed the strip on day 1. Completed the plywood repair and installation of new roofing materials and flashing by the end of day 3, with one exception due to weather (snow came to town the following day). We met with the sales rep and he was very knowledgable. He knew we had a budget to work with and he worked with it. They called for the time of day and delivery. The delivery that morning they were right on time. They were here all day because it was 3 big windows. They brought in tarps. They cleaned all of the windows when they were through. I had Dabella come and take a look at my roof last month. I did not purchase anything at that time, because I am waiting until summer until I refinance my house and I am going to get both projects done at once. I had dabella come out this time to give me a window estimate. They showed up on time. The estimator measured my windows , and looked at them inside and out.
