Every step of the way the company was efficient and straightforward. Amy Hand came to the house and prepared the estimate. She listened to what I had to say and addressed any concerns that I had. Was perfect from start to finish..I was actuallyout of town when the roof was being done, but my wife said it went perfectly and the crew was very professionally....Matt Krom was our salesman and was very professional on all aspects.. GREAT <br /> THEY DID A THOROUGH JOB <br /> DID NOT LEAVE ANY MESSES <br /> DID NOT EXTRA LONG LUNCH BREAKS <br /> DID NOT LEAVE MY ROOF EXPOSED, A FRIEND OF MINE USED ANOTHER COMPANY AND WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED THEY HAD TO REPLACE ALOT OF THEIR CEILING DUE TO RAIN COMMING THROUGH THE ROOF DORING THE WORK PROCESS, I AM GLAD I USED "DEBELLA EXTERIORS" <br />
. The job was completed on time. All debris was removed and our yard was left as good as when they arrived. The trim around the windows and doors is perfect. There was a slight delay on the removal of the drop box but not overly so. The installer was very professional and friendly. <br /> A GOOD job performed perfectly. <br /> <br /> <br />
The qualityand detail towork were outstanding. We are very happy with the end result. The people who did the job were very pleasant to work with, and they were very good about responding to questions and concerns except for one minor issue at the end of the project that the company needs to find a solution to. There was some discoloration on some flashing that showed after the siding was completed. Neither the roofers or the siders wanted to take responsibility for painting because they are not "painters". They removed the old shingles and put on new ones. The did a great job and they cleaned up everything. Now I have a great looking roof and I'm not worried about the roof leaking.
This was the middle bid of the three quotes we got.Our problems with them appear to stem from the fact that windows are not a big part of their business. They offer siding, gutters, roofing and window products. Roofing and siding appear to be their primary product lines.Their installers, Jimmy and Tommy, were careful and experienced.
