Excellent experience, I had no idea that such an incredibly high quality option was even in existence for siding! RJ Melendez took his time to explain the differences between the other products on the market and the amazing benefits of insulated siding. I enjoyed learning fromand sharing my needs with this sales representative. He struck a good balance between being personable and being professional. I can honestly say DaBella earned my business that evening. I am able toown quality windows with an exterior color different from the white interior, which was important to me and I am able to finance this purchase with areasonable rate of interest, which was also important. We all know that when it comes to construction, contractors are notorious for not following through with their word, needing more money, NEVER on time. So when it comes time to do any project it sure helps to know someone who's done business with the company. Jeff, who provided the initial estimate was very professional and courteous. When we met with him initially he gave us time to discuss our options and do some background research. The initial appointment was long so it was very helpful that we had the time to make an informed decision. I was surprised at how well it went.Our house was build in 1932 and had the original wood siding - it was cracked and the cedar shakes were curling up and falling out.The house is two stories with 30 ft high peaks on the roof line... about 2400 sq feet of siding. This is my review of the experiences so far with DaBella. RJ came promptly at the appointed time and instantly I felt comfortable with him. He was very polite and very down to earth. We had initially scheduled for a siding estimate but after he had finished measuring he told me he was more concerned about the windows. We were contacted by Dabella via a door to door sales man, we had in fact had a quote from them the previous year but opted to have them come out again, our roof was getting pretty bad and after a long rain storm we had leaks. We were approached at the door by a sales member asking if we wanted to talk to a sales representative about getting new windows and siding.
