The roofers were very professional. They did their job rapidly and were very careful of the plantings around the house. If I mentioned anything that was a concern to me, they listened intently and promptly did as I requested. I am very pleased with the results. The roof looks great. The roofers were also very polite. <br />
I met with the sales person RJ, he was very nice and helpful when we had to choose our siding and windows for our home. Dabella seems to take care of their clients. RJ was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and most of all not pushy like other companies we compared to. Dabella's products are outstanding, and comes with a great warranty. VERY SATISFIED. I will be buying my roof next year. <br />
Professional from start to finish. The sales rep Ian showed up and was able to make me feel like I was more than a paycheck and he seemed to be genuinely concerned about my house, what it needed, getting me the best deal, and ensuring that it was the best deal for me. It didn't stop there it continued through with the construction as well. The crew was actually on time and worked so fast it was unbelievable. I couldn't have picked a better company to work with. <br />
The original sales person was very knowledgeable. They provided many samples and told me lots about how certain roofing materials worked. They set a date for the workers to begin and the crew supervisor met with me before hand to explain all that would be done and how long it would take. <br /> The workers arrived, tore off the old roof, installed all the new materials, cleaned up the yard and were gone within the promised amount of time. <br /> Did I mention, I love my new roof. The job went very well. It took four days, which is what was estimated. There was a large crew to begin with to tear off the old roof. There were usually 3-6 men working on the new roof at different times. They worked through the weekend. They put in long hours, and were very careful about cleaning everything up each night. We had just finished laying new sod in our yard before the roof work, and they were very careful to stay off it at our request. They trimmed tree branches that needed trimming close to the roof. It went very well indeed. The old roof (2 layers in some places) was removed completely without much mess. There were no plants near the house harmed. We got no roofing nails in our car tires, which is important to me. Once started with the new roof, it was completed in 3 days and the dumpster removed. We called two months later for additional shingles to match and they delivered the next day. A company representative came out to make sure the project would have the right roofing. I cannot express enough, how great this company is. My husband and I booked an appointment to have a estamite done for much needed siding and windows. We met with RJ. He made my husband and I extremely comfortable, he was great at explaining the products in detail, and very professional. RJ took his time, and made sure we had all of our questions answered.
