Our experience was fantastic when dealing with DaBella. Mike, the estimator, was very friendly and nice, so much that we feel like we need to invite him over for Thanksgiving! The salesman was punctual, pleasant, and answered my questions. I was impressed by the quality of the products and services offered and the good ratings that DaBella reported from various organizations. Everything went just as planned. I got home just in time to see the crew finishing up the roof, a few hours later the roof was finished and the mess was gone. I was so impressed that I called Dabella again a short time later and had my rear slider and kitchen windows replaced. A representative was knocking on doors last night in the neighborhood, and I listened to his deal and made an appointment with DaBella to come give a free estimate on replacing 7 windows (all of the upstairs windows) in my house. removing old roof and installing new roof went smoothly. a few weeks later an inspector checked roof to make sure roof was installed correctly. a few months later I noticed high spots along the gutter on the back of the house. I called DaBella about the problem. They came out a few weeks later and said the screen on the gutters was the problem. The screen was removed and reinstalled when they put onthe roof. Workers were at site when they said they would be. Cleaned up everything. Very professional. Roofing company and gutter company subcontractors to DaBella.
It all went great....very prompt and efficient.
Our representative was on time, courteous, and professional the entire time. We started by doing a walk around so we could show him what areas we had concerns with. We addressed our concerns and after the inspection we found quite a bit more mold and rot than we were even aware of.
