Scott Jackman showed up to discuss a badly needed new roof. He took the time to go up into the attic and walk around the house and he climbed up onto the roof. He took pictures of areas that were leaking and explained to us what needed to be done in a very comprehensive way. When we were done talking, I felt confident that there product would provide exactly the kind of protection we were looking for. They worked with us on the price and found a very affordable option for us. Thank You! <br />
Mike Shaw with DaBella Exteriors came to our house to look over our roof and give us a quote. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Mike presented all the options and made some great suggestions. We are not quite ready to have the roof done yet but we liked Mike, the products and system that we will be having DaBella do the roof. Due to weather, they were running one day behind. They called and let us know they would not be starting until the next day. This call came in at 9 a.m. The next day the crew was here and worked hard and steady the whole time they were doing our roof. They did everything that we were told they would do and did it well. They trimmed back a couple of tree limbs that were hanging too closely to the roof, itself. Outstanding all the way around. From the original contact with the canvasser (Orion) to several follow ups with Amy our experience with Dabella was great. The roof was replaced in only one day. The crew was fast friendly and professional. The follow up by other members of the Dabella team showed how much they cared. A couple of minor glitches were taken care in a timely manner. We are getting a new roof from DaBella Exteriors.They sent, Scott Jackman, a sales rep with the company to give us an estimate and to check ourpresent roof. He was on time and very thorough even going into the attic. He took many pictures to show us where our trouble spots are. We asked many questions, and Scott was very professional. He knew the product and the process. It cost more than had planned, butwe are getting agood roof and are satisfied with our decision.
