It was a great experience. The sales rep Brody was a delight to work with when buying the roof. When my parents could afford the first offer, he worked with them to figure out a price in which they were comfortable with. <br />
Amy did a fabulous job getting everything set up and got the ball rolling.. She knew bad weather was an the way and worked late to make sure the job was set to go.. The installers showed up about a week later on Monday Sept.16,2013 and went right to work tearing off the 1800 sq.ft. 30+ year old roofing and accessing the underlying damage.. The bid experience was good with Scott Jackman who spent the time to explain all aspects of the job to me. The crew was wonderfully efficient and left my yard looking good. The crew boss was especially helpful when part of the flashing did not look the way I wanted it, he fixed it the next day. <br />
Everything was fantastic, we were the 4th people on this street to have work done by Dabella Exteriors. They are trustworthy and honest about everything, this was not an easy project and they worked hard to complete the job on time. the clean up was magnificent. I was most impressed that there was no swearing from the workers ever. I am appreciative of that since I have kids and don't like foul language around them. It was completed in two days as scheduled. I've gotten compliments from another contractor about the attention to detail on the roof. I was a little nervous about responding to somebody canvassing the neighborhood to talk about roof repairs, but DaBella delivered. Financing was easy and the sales person was accommodating and honest. He told me the roof would not be the cheapest option, but it would be the best. <br />
Scott Jackman did a thorough inspection and pointed out our existing roof problems. We were aware that we had some leaks and had been discussing having it done. Scott walked us through the process and helped us get financing. the work was done quickly and all cleaned up afterward. <br />
RJ Melendez showed up at our house promptly at 11 to discuss the company and the type of premium siding they offer. After discussing our options, he made the decision that the siding would not be beneficial to us at this time in our home ownership. He gave us a lot of pointers regarding contractors and what to look for when it comes to hiring one. His non-pushy sales attitude makes me want to do business with him in the future. I can tell this is a great company and I will be calling them when the time is right. <br />
I own a rental house in Portland that is being rented out. My tenants called and informed me that the roof was leaking, I did a little research as to who to call, because I live in Enumclaw, WA. I am also disabled and in a wheel chair. I called a couple people and never got any response, I was told they would go over and look at the roof and call me with a quote, they also informed me I would need to drive to Oregon for all the paperwork. I have always been a do it yourselfer, however I did not want to attack this project. I had heard about Dabella from another company that I had received an estimate from, there estimate was 12k ish , after learning what was really going to be done on the house with the ventilation and the full system I was amazed. I also felt more comforting knowing that each installer was fully covered under workers compensation. that right there was enough reason to spend an extra money.
