We met with Ron from DaBella. He arrived on time for our 6pm appointment. He was very professional and asked what our concerns were with our current windows. We own a home from 1994 with original windows. He took time to measure each window and our French Doors. After going over their company history he then showed us a window demonstration using small window samples and how heat can pass through. The original salesman was professional and explained the new roof system and showed me the quality materials and guarantee by DaBella Exteriors LLC/GAF Products. The work went smoothly. We could not be happier with the process from beginning to end, and we are delighted with the results. Ordinarily we don't have anything to do with "appointment makers" who show up at our door near dinner time, but the young man was engaging and knew his stuff. We were informed of Da Bella Exteriors LLC after a door-to-door sales pitch. We accepted an appt. for a review since we were in need of a new roof and gutters. We liked the products offered by GAF and liked the idea that GAF would also come and do an inspection once the roofing was installed. The roof was installed in the rain. I asked the project manager if that would be OK. He came in the house and talked to us one-on-one and assured us that it would be OK. We are extremely pleased with the results.
After some phone calls verifying information and times, I submitted to having a representative from De Bella come out and inspect my situation in the early evening on a temperate Thursday. This representative, one "Brody," was punctual and had a well-cultivated businesslike manner, which progressively became more familiar as we discussed things. We love the quality of the work that was completed and installed. The process prior to installation was a little stressful. The person who was supposed to measure all the windows just showed up one evening after playing phone tag twice. Also the communication was not very good about when the windows would actually be installed. I was told it would be sometime during a one week span. We dealt with sales rep Scott Jackman, he was very thorough in explaining the materials that would be used and the warranty. He spent several hours explaining everything and working with us to fit our budget. The work crew arrived in a timely manner. The first day they were here the existing roofing shingles were removed and they began laying the underlay.
