Had cold call from their sales person, decided to go with them because we had been considering replacing roof for a few years and though they were higher than estimates we had had the years before, we were impressed with the sales pitch and quality of materials. The representative was very professional, Brody Hess. He presented the companies product in a comfortable and professional way. He was very ethical and was upfront about all costs of their product. A 50 year roof is more expensive than a 30 year roof, but the product is guaranteed both installation and materials for the life of the roof (50 years). DaBella gave an estimate of 44 squares for our roof. The contractor we went with used satellite imagery to measure the roof at 34 squares. The DaBella price for the same product, GAF, was $10,000 more than the other contractor. We were given the sales pitch that the price was only good for that night and was highly discouraged to seek another bid. <br />
