Salesperson was extremely helpful in walking me through all the details of both projects, including roofing samples and choices. Various financing options were provided. Crews were on time, efficient, and did a great job in completing both projects on time and making me aware of extra wood that was needed due to extreme rot and mildew on my home's roof. All in all, a very easy and rewarding experience. I highly recommend DaBella for all your roofing/gutters/siding work.
We met with the Da Bella representative several times picking out shingle type and color as well as coordinating the matching gutter color. We were given a wide variety of selections and worked with the representative on budgeting. The roof was stripped and bad patches were repaired. Our salesman Matt Krom was always prompt, and professional through the whole process. Nothing occurred outside of what Matt said. He covered what would happen with us thoroughly. The installers were very courteous and professional. It took about three days to install the roof, and they cleaned up after themselves every day and left the jobsite spotless after they completed the install. The roof looks great! It was expensive, but the quality appears to be well worth it and the service was excellent.
The work began and finished pretty much on time as outlined in the contract. A full crew showed up the first day to tear off the old roofing, and the number fluctuated after that as they sentcrew memebrs off to other projects - a normal tactic. We were told they would take extra precautions to protect landscaping and other areas, but they did nothing to cover or protect. I did not use DaBella. I went with Interstate and was VERY glad i did. They don't subcontract out roof installation to anyone else. Their sales person got up on my roof to do their inspection. They resolved my specific issues. And cost was significantly less.
This job was done wonderfully. I had to have 3 layers of shingles removed and the job only took one day. The work also came with a warranty and if I sell my home within the next 20 years, the warranty will transfer to the new owners. The inspector came and walked the roof and said that they had done a wonderful job. If the inspector would not have approved the inspection, the company agrees to come out and fix the roof at no charge to meuntil it is up to inspection. Several months ago we had our roof replaced by DaBella and they did a fabulous job! It passed inspection with flying colors and it looks great.
