Dalinghaus, thank you, thank you, thank! Our 100 yr old beach house foundation was damaged. Brian, Lesley, Jamie, Caitlin, Jennifer, Gail and everyone else was so professional! You all put our minds at ease with your thoroughness. Ryan and crew were absolutely incredible installing the piers. Stephen and Andre did a phenomenal job with the polyurethane. We are so thrilled. Had our house bolted and braced to the foundation. Phil Laney was excellent to work with, he was so honest and helpful when it came to our initial inspection. Dillon and his crew were on time and efficient in their work. Easy peasy. I would highly recommend this company for any foundation work for your home.
I was contacted several times in advance of the appointment to confirm the time and date and provided information on what to expect. Brian was great - professional, friendly and he took his time to insure a thorough inspection. The report and proposal were detailed and easy to understand. Dalinghaus was nothing but great on our project. I manage apartment complexes in the Vegas area, and Dalinghaus fixed our foundation quickly and efficiently. The project did take time to get permitted, but the team was great throughout the entire project. Dalinghaus was so prompt in responding to my initial phone call- Mark came out within days to give us a quote and then worked with us when we wanted to change a few things. The day they came out to do the work, they showed up early and at the time they said they would, and were so efficient, finishing the job in one day. Definitely recommend them- I was actually told by a competing foundation repair company that Dalinghaus was the best of the best!
