Much to my surprise the Dalinghaus team was able to accommodate my impossible last minute, "but only if you can do it right now", schedule change. They worked with my Engineering team and the county inspectors wonderfully. Having gotten 3 quotes, I was very pleased, almost suspicious, with their price, but after all the dust had settled, (and they did a great job of cleaning up that dust) I actually ended up getting a partial refund. Dalinghaus, thank you, thank you, thank! Our 100 yr old beach house foundation was damaged. Brian, Lesley, Jamie, Caitlin, Jennifer, Gail and everyone else was so professional! You all put our minds at ease with your thoroughness. Ryan and crew were absolutely incredible installing the piers. Stephen and Andre did a phenomenal job with the polyurethane. We are so thrilled. Phil came out to inspect our home. He did a thorough inspection of our property and concluded that we are safe from major issues. He took his time explaining everything he was doing and what he was looking for. He spent quality time with us and was very personable. We asked for a couple of business cards because we felt he and his company were trustworthy and very dependable. I would highly recommend them for their services!
Dalinghaus and their associate were early for their appointment time, extremely friendly, dressed appropriately and the evaluator identified himself both in uniform and a business card. He explained what he would do to evaluate my property and he took the appropriate time to make his evaluation. Once completed he explained his findings and a discussed a remedy. No pressure, no promises, no if you sign today you get a balance on pricing. Very professional.
I recently hired Dalinghaus Construction to stabilize a leaning retaining wall at my property. From the start, they were professional, clear, and very knowledgeable. Tom explained the soil rotation issue in detail, walked me through the helical tieback system, and made sure I understood every step of the process.
