Dalinghaus, thank you, thank you, thank! Our 100 yr old beach house foundation was damaged. Brian, Lesley, Jamie, Caitlin, Jennifer, Gail and everyone else was so professional! You all put our minds at ease with your thoroughness. Ryan and crew were absolutely incredible installing the piers. Stephen and Andre did a phenomenal job with the polyurethane. We are so thrilled. Had our house bolted and braced to the foundation. Phil Laney was excellent to work with, he was so honest and helpful when it came to our initial inspection. Dillon and his crew were on time and efficient in their work. Easy peasy. I would highly recommend this company for any foundation work for your home.
I had a great consultation with Tom at Dalinghaus Construction. I’ve been avoiding contacting companies because of the stress construction can bring; however, Tom took his time to go over our situation, explained the scope of work clearly, and what options we had. I truly appreciated the thoroughness and look forward to scheduling the work with them soon.
I highly, HIGHLY recommend Dalinghaus after they spent two weeks in miserable heat stabilizing a very unstable tall wall along our condo and our neighbor’s. David, the production manager bent over backwards analyzing our unique situation. He spent so much time patiently answering our questions. We are so appreciative of him and the other 4 fellows on the project: Joe, Justin, Josh and Treven! Very professional and kept at it even in the heat. Our wall is now stable! Thanks guys!
Dalinghaus just completed a project where our house was slowly slipping down a hillside and it needed to be stabilized. The work crew was headed by a young man named Dillon. I was so impressed by Dillon's work ethic and attention to detail. He kept us in the loop about the progress of the work, and was always honest and polite. He has good leadership capabilities, and he and his crew-mates worked well together and got the job done in good time!
