RecommendedThey took extra precautions durning this time. While I was not allowed to go inside I completely understood and respected that. They had gloves, mask and gowns on. I was thrilled they didn't spook my girl. But they were so friendly and got her right in. Diagnosed quickly and returned wagging her tail!!! 6 days of antibiotics. She is clearly exhausted. I know I'm repeating myself but the staff was amazingly friendly. Thank you for taking such good care of Zora ❤❤❤

I would like to thank the staff at Dallas Animal Emergency ... my 14 year old fur baby started having seizures on Saturday night around 10:00 Pm . I had to make a very tough decision that night . The staff was absolutely amazing in comforting me , treating my fur baby with dignity and compassion . Your staff is great and I want to personally thank you in my tough time and in the middle of the night .

They were beyond treating us like family before we even arrived! Patient, kind social... everything you want with a vet. Melanie amd Dr.Welch got us on our way home in a jif (pun intentended🤓). Thank you guys again- especially the long hours!
