Disappointed that the doctor’s assistant told me that Dr. Feetham would not have enough time to do a full body review and could only look at the spot I was in check. Usually the body scan does not take long and now I have to schedule another appointment to have the procedure completed.

I called to see a dermatologist about removing a cyst. On the day of the appointment what I met with was two young ladies, neither of whom was an M.D. Each expressed a different opinion about whether the cyst could be removed in the office or in actual surgery under a general anesthetic. I thought an actual doctor would show up to talk to me and break the tie but that didn't happen. I left very confused and knew I had wasted my time. The two stars are because the staff was very nice.

I have been a patient of Dr Stetler for years. I have used Jennifer for Juvederm, Rystalene also for years. I always have similar requests and happy with results. However, very disappointed in last visit, Thursday, June 10. I have never wanted or requested my lower lip edge have any filler. Because my face was numb, didn't realize my lower lip edge has at least 3 times amt of filler needed and a deep red bruise covering right side. 4 days later, no signs of bruise fading or filler relaxing. I thought I was coming in for a procedure but the doctor just gave me some general information and charged me for an office visit. Waste of time and money.

Spend time with patient to know more history and if there is any other problems. Less than 5 minutes and just prescribing medicine, only shows how the priority is money not the patient

My visit was a fiasco. I was told my new insurance was not honored. And I was told that in front of a full office of patients. I was embarrassed. I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Stetler. It would have been better if the Window Receptionist had directed me to the Benefits Manager to talk about insurance in private. She did not. I felt like a pauper. I have paid cash for treatments that were not covered by insurance over the years. When I finally saw the doctor, she offered that. But she offered me her lowest payments. ... read more
