I needed an IPL and was required to pay a $75 consultation fee(non refundable and non-apply-able)with Alex. I have had 3 IPLs so even know what its about (last state I lived in) I left after my 15 min consult feeling the review was underwhelming, (no photos/measurements OR even a discussion about your equipment and IPL prep...nothing, just a commercial for your overpriced IPL). BTW other highly rated places do NOT require a "consult fee" and charge $100 less for IPL and have good and new equipment.

I absolutely love Jennifer, but the girl who came in my room to ask questions was not very nice. I had told her my face was was clear from my initial call, and she looked at me and said "so, you're here for no reason? I almost walked out.

I was a new patient and was rushed through. I had some questions about skincare products and was told I needed to make a separate/additional appointment to discuss that. I won’t go back.

I was very disappointed in the handling of my issue. The scheduler and the insurance person who called to verify my insurance, could have told me that there was nothing they could do about my skin issue. I specifically explained my problem. I stopped my schedule for the appointment and drove in 45 minutes to be told that there was nothing they could do and all out of pocket. The attending nurse was very kind and attentive.

Not many doctors in Dallas can you call at 9am & say ‘hey I have something funky looking on my forehead’ and they say ‘can you be here at 9:39?’

Hydrafacial was very rough and dried my face out more than hydrating it. This was not my experience the last time I received one.

I asked 2 business days before my appointment if someone could tell me the cost of my visit before coming in. They told me my visit would be $50 and they charged me $97. When I called back asking if they could help me out under the circumstances. The office manager told me it’s their policy that patients are solely responsible for understanding financial responsibility before coming in for an appointment. Obviously I trusted them to provide me with that information accurately and they failed to do so until after the fact and... read more

The front desk girl was amazing, so sweet, and got me in last minute. She was extremely warm and welcoming, and beautiful offices. I now understand how I got in last minute to this PA. She was absolutely horrific. She had a horrible attitude from the minute she walked into the room, brief, awkward, and did not throughoutly explain anything. It was a very frusterating appointment because of her unwaranted and defensive attitude...for no reason! For such a beautiful office and welcoming front desk staff, the PA did not fit in ... read more
