They have a loyalty program that requires you to provide personal information which I think is inappropriate in order to receive a discount as a regular customer. It seems like all we should allow is name and email address or phone number to participate. This is just another exposure for identity theft that should not be engaged in by businesses with integrity. Loyalty program stinks! Not everyone is aware of the exposure as I am (working with data and security experts) so I would advise my friends not to engage.
I have a question on my bill but no one has answered the phone on that line on repeated occasions.
