Employees all seem very nice and constantly told me "Don't worry, we'll work with you" when I complained I couldn't get drive times for my daughter. I paid upfront for the classroom instruction & 7 drive times, but was able to schedule only 2 drive times using their online system. I ended up paying an additional $40 on top of the complete tuition fee for "an extension." No times were ever available and then their system just locks you out. I think everyone should staya way from this Driving School. My son attended classes in the Frisco location and finished thae classroom portion about 2 months ago. But when it cam time to schedule the Driving lesson, the only way to do that was by using their website. It has been almost 2 months and my son was only able to schedule 2 out of 7 classes so far. I called them and they came up with all kind of excuses... e.g that how 4 of their trainers suddenly left and that it takes a lot of time to train etc. To add to the insu... read more

You can't imagine how rude and unhelpful these folks are. I called last September and asked about lessons for my wife. They told us we had to come in and register in person. So, I took my wife to the Allen location and when we got there, the lady said that they were just too busy and couldn't even register us for future lessons. She said to come back in October and maybe we could get lessons in November. We're talking about a simple 2 hour lesson! They definitely have more students than they can accommodate. They only allow you to schedule two drive times per month and they are always booked (new rule put in place AFTER they took my money). We can't even get on the schedule. Terrible. Booked solid all the time. STAY AWAY.

Horrible. STAY AWAY. They are eager to take your money. You're chances of scheduling drive time is as low as winning the lottery. Front desk is rude and unhelpful. They do not return calls. They enforce new rules when and how they please, with no prior warning. Take your money somewhere else , it will save you so much grief. This review is for both Mckinney and west frisco office . The owners are in Mckinney office and don't care for any customer service. Go somewhere else.

Beware-management (Tammy) rude and unhelpful and avoids phone calls! Read 1st yelp review and this review. Classroom instruction good and drive instructors good however you will experience a tremendous amount of difficulty scheduling drive times and the headache is not worth it. Very rude managment when you call to speak with someone regarding scheduling issues - suddenly enforcing new rules that were not in effect when we joined is not good business.

Great classroom instruction, but don't waste your money scheduling driving lessons. The times are ALWAYS booked because they don't have enough trainers to handle the students. REALLY wish I had only paid for classroom instruction.
