Dalton Carpet Outlet East in Appleton Wisconsin was amazing!! We were not from the area and just happened on the store. We were looking for remnants for our bedroom. They had a great selection and very affordable prices. Phil was so attentive, informative and knowledgable. We never once felt pressured. In a half an hour we had our carpet, matting and loaded in the truck. I would very much recommend going here and working Phil if you are looking at flooring. Cant believe they didnt call me about them closing! I have almost $4,000.00 dollars worth of carpet there that must of got sold off..! My lawyer was contacted!!!!!!!!Not what I expected out of a company I sent a lot of referrals there way over the years because Im a contractor, just to get stabbed in the back thanks ??
Bought carpet for outside porch. Quoted a price. Tried to pay but was told to pay only half until after the measure. When it was time to pick up carpet, price was more than quoted and had to pay to have it delivered and stored in my garage, because, surprise, "we're out of business."
Terrible! Installed my luxury vinyl plnk flooring on even subfloor you can literally feel the dips in the. Floor when you walk on it. No response back from business texted installer blew me off and basically told me I didnt know what I was talking about it and he has years of experience in it although I couldnt tell .

It sounds like this review should be left with the installer. We only sell the product. The customer contracts with the installer and pays them directly.
DALTON CARPET DOES NOT DESERVE ONE STAR!! I WAS SCAMMED OUT OF 1050.00 FOR THE FLOORING THEY INSTALLED!! AFTER 2 WEEKS IT STARTED TO HAVE BIG GAPS IN BOARDS, TURN OVER CORNERS AND BREAK OFF BIG BOARDS JUST LAYING THERE WITH LARGE GAPS WHERE THE BOARDS MEET EACH OTHER AND BIG LONG STRIPS JUST BREAKING OFF!! PLEASE DO NOT TRUST DALTON CARPET!! NOW I WILL FILE WITH SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND BBB!!!

Dalton Carpet Outlet sells the flooring. We do NOT install it. The product you purchased from ** was not defective. We filed a claim on your behalf with the manufacturer. They sent an independent inspector who determined it was an installation issue. The installer worked for you, not us. That is why you did not pay us for the installation, you paid the installer, Most Valuable Installations LLC directly.We understand your frustration but it should be directed at your installer, not us.
Extremely disappointed in the contracted installer as well as the response of the business when my mother complained about her service.The installer not only refused to wear a mask but said if she asked him to that he would walk out and not install. My mother is 74 and is immune compromised. As a business we take the safety of our customers very seriously.
