I was disappointed that I was billed for services that my insurance covers. I called the next day and Kelly was great and explained that I would be credited at my next visit however I truly feel that I should not have been asked to pay for services up front that are covered by my insurance.
I always enjoy my visit Dr Dalton and her staff is always helpful.
