I rated the question #1 very good because even though ultimately the cleaning was good, it was a real fumble for most of the time I was with the hygienist. New equipment that appeared to be totally foreign, (Jackie hadn't been trained on it--I was the "test case") computer picture problems--even the lever to raise and lower the chair--fumbling for it while trying to arrange cords and equipment around me. Everything was great, but I did have a little sticker shock at the price for the teeth cleaning ($325)and the estimates for a deep clean ($1,000) and to replace a few bad fillings ($1,000), which I was not convinced I needed, or that the amount of time needed to performed these tasks justified the cost. This may be "market" pricing but I have no way to know that. The fact the insurance cost is considerably less makes the "retail" price seem inflated. Always a pleasant experience. At least as pleasant as going to the Dentist can be, LOL! Amy is a great hygenist and Diane is always so friendly. I trust Dr. Dalton and would recommend your office to anyone in need of dental care.
