Linda was terrific. From the first phone call when she told me she would check on my insurance and call me back. (Some offices just tell me to come on it and they will "work" with my insurance.) Linda called me back the next day. Somehow we got onto the subject that this dental office has a great team. The whole office makes you feel welcome and valued as a patient...and as a friend. Betty die a great job with the cleaning. The music was relaxing and interesting...not typical elevator music. Other employees stuck their heads in the door to say hello. Dr. Dalton checked in to see how the cleaning was going. Linda and Jan are excellent front office personnel.
