When asked about something he didn't know about he referred me to someone else in the company who would know more than him instead of faking knowledge...very thankful!

RecommendedDalton's folks completed our annual plumbing, electrical and air conditioner checks and maintenance yesterday. Michael Stephens did the plumbing and was knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and helpful. Justin Else did the electrical and AC and again, he was very thorough, friendly and helpful. Only issue I have had with Dalton's over past couple years that we have used them is one of the schedulers that calls is not very friendly or helpful. (A couple are very good though.)
