Working with Damon was one of the best decision I have ever made. As a self employed homeowner, it made my refinancing situation very difficult with other financial institutions. They refused, but Damon accepted the challenge because he has the can do, never give up personality. Even when obstacles came up he encouraged me to exhaust every possible avenue until we got the loan. And We DID!! Damon is Excellent, Efficient and a complete Professional at his job, I will reccommend Damon to anyone looking to get a mortgage.

Damon helped my wife and I get our home that we’ve owned for a little over a year now!!! Patient, informative, willing to teach you (the process), THOROUGH, I mean down to the cents of what your mortgage payment may be! You won’t find someone this cool and considerate while in the homebuying process. I LITERALLY LOVE THIS GUY!! And we’ve become friends off of this experience.

Used Damon from Meadowbrook first for a refinance in 2011, based off of an initial cold call. It was such a positive experience that I used him again for a home purchase in December 2017. During the home purchase we encountered some bumps in the road with the seller. Damon was patient with our situation and diligent with his responsibilities. I referred Damon to a co-worker who also used him on a refinance, saving nearly $500 a month! I am continually referring him to friends and family. Gold standard, 5 star service!
