Daniel is an extremely kind and proactive communicator. He is excellent at delegating tasks and staying on top of what needs to be done. I found Daniel via a referral from a good friend of mine a few years ago who said "Talk to Daniel, he can take of you". She was right! Dan has actually helped me on two occasions for refinancing my home. Talk about simplifying a complex process: he called me, walked me through options, sent me everything virtually to fill out, and without leaving my house I had been approved. Dan helped me with my initial mortgage and refi and was aways there to clarify questions about the process along the way, especially given I was a newbie at all this. His attention to detail, follow through and open communication style make him great at what he does. You can tell Dan actually cares about his clients, and is passionate about helping them meet their mortgage goals.

Dan was a great to work with. As a first time buyer, he was very understanding and specific about what I needed to do and how I needed to do it. Dan was creative in his ways to work around and break down obstacles, and stayed in near-constant communication through the entire process.
