Almost unheard of these days, but not only have they followed up with me twice since installing my lighting 4 years ago, they stopped out and made some adjustments that were needed after 4 years of plant growth that had covered some of the lights. These guys understand what customer service should look / feel like.

They do a good job of maintaining our lighting. The only criticism I would have is that it would be nice to have more advance notice of their arrival in case there are things I would like to discuss with the maintenance personnel. Currently, they send a text 10-15 minutes before arrival which isn't useful at all for advance planning.

I have been a Dan Allen customer for at minimum, 15 years. I remember in the initial design of our lighting how he insisted that we install lights on our trees in back of the lanai that only we could see routinely. "These are for you." he said. How right. All these years later, we love them and would not have them without his advice. Since then after numerous hurricanes and storms and assaults by those trimming bushes, Dan Allen has always been there within a day or two.
