After contacting a different Tiki hut builder to get an estimate for a tiki at our Florida keys house and waiting several days for a call back and then waiting for the other company to show up which they never did show I contacted “Dan the tiki man”. Gisella who answered the phone said that Dan could stop by that day to give us an estimate. Several hours later Dan showed up and went over entire process of obtaining the permit and the construction of our tiki and giving us recommendations on the size and placement.
