Greg is nice, not sure about long term success as we only went to one session and a consult. The problem came from billing. The Dana Group hates you. Their therapist ghosted us the day befoee Halloween. And yet they insist on emailing us years later. I have spoken to people, replied to the email, and reported them as spam. Yet they keep emailing. I think the Dana Group actually hates people and only exists to make them uncomfortable. Overall bad experience. Just a waste of time, don't bother.
I was a patient there for a couple of months and the therapy wasn’t benefiting me as I wanted— so I reached out to their intake department requesting more information on different forms of therapy. I reached out MANY times (more than 4/5 calls) and received NOTHING back. To make matters worse— they SNOWBALLED my therapy bill from ALL the months I had done therapy and send me a LARGE bill all at once. Not okay at all!
