Dr. Robinson has helped me in so many ways, I followed him from a previous company and so glad that I did! He actually listens to everything I say and has the greatest feedback for me. Filled out the intake form. Waited a few days--no one from Dana followed up. Finally called. Was assured someone would call back in two days. No one called. One comes away with several impressions. First, for all of the happy-talk on the website, Dana has a terrible process for engaging with people who reach out to them for care. Not a good sign.
