My therapist Dana Noelle MacDonald has been through so very much with me and is a consistent light to me in darkness. I am forever grateful for her and her ability to reframe my negative thought patterns and help me grow into the person I want to be!! Thank you to the moon and back.
Dana is an excellent counselor. She helps me sort through my issues and allows me to consider how I can help myself. Her approach is one of understanding my situation. Dana encourages me to find the positive traits that I have and consider how I can work through difficult situations.
Dr. McDonald is very professional and experienced. So far our sessions have been extremely helpful to my healing.
