She seemed good while in office but took a long time giving me test results and her explanation still was not clear.

I recently saw Dr. May for a urology issue I was having. She was kind and attentive. She really listened to me and my symptoms. I eventually had surgery and did great! She explained the process, what to expect, and what to do after surgery really thoroughly to me. She called me after surgery to check in and give me advice on my incisions and some pain issues I was having. Couldn't recommend her more. Would send my family member for care!
Dr. May has no bedside manner. She was getting frustrated with me because I couldn't paint a black and white picture for her for treatment. She told me "I am trying to determine if you need medicine or surgery" without even examining me.
I can’t give her -10, so 1 will do. She preformed a Vasectomy on my husband, which in Dr. Mae’s words was a “failure”. We could have looked past that and all the extra pain (and recommend ER visit) had it not been so hard to contact her. We are talking WEEKS every time we would leave a message. Want more details?
