Scheduler Lea scheduled an appointment for 12/26/2023 for an evaluation for weight bearing so physical therapy could start. She scheduled an appointment knowing the doctor was not going to be there. The patient was transported by ambulance to the office and was told that she did not have an appointment even though the transportation was arranged. This is very unprofessional
