Dr Daube truly saved the day for my son. He went over and beyond to see him today. He gave him excellent care, by being kind, understanding and patient! He made an effort to connect with my son. He answered questions and made him comfortable. We are having surgery tomorrow to fix his nose from being hit by a pitch in a baseball game. The staff was kind, friendly and helpful! I cannot say enough great things about our visit.
Took 6 year old autistic son for exam. Jessica arnp and Dr Daube were fantastic. A lot of medical can rush you through, but they spent time, and explained thoroughly. It can be hard to find people that care and my son couldn't stop hugging them. It feels good knowing there are people like this in practice and treating patients.
I want to scream right now! I had right deviated septum surgery by doctor Daube a year ago. 3 days after the surgery, my left nostril collapsed and started to protrude out of my left nostril. The skin in between my nostrils is crooked and my nostrils are uneven! I went in immediately and was told to wait for healing. I went back today for my 1 year checkup w the same complaints, plus I now have tons of mucus coming out and a CT scan showing a left nostril deviation now. He won’t accept any responsibility. Recently had Botox for a medical condition, Botox was done after initial visit assessment, stating they could help with my condition. Office informed me they do not bill insurance, even tho they acknowledged it's a medical, not cosmetic procedure in my case, and I would need to cover cost. I understood and had no problem doing this, I would simply request reimbursement through my insurance, who always covers this procedure. Dr. Daube must be picking and choosing who he wants to treat with compassion and respect because my mom has been seeing him for the past two years. She has a defect in her ear that makes her ear canals very small and shaped like an hour glass. So her earwax doesn’t drain correct. Dr. Daube would take the utensils and pluck away at her ear leading to immense discomfort and pain, which doesn’t help that she has a low tolerance for pain to begin with.
