After trauma to my nose, my septum had a tiny perfortion, which Mr. Daube urged me to have closed via surgery. Because he was so very nice I (foolishly!) trusted him to perform the necessary surgery to close the septum. A few days after surgery my nose and entire face were inflammed, infected. Badly! When I called the office to get antibiotics (which should have been given to me preventatively to begin with!) I was told they would not give me a prescription.
