Dr Daube truly saved the day for my son. He went over and beyond to see him today. He gave him excellent care, by being kind, understanding and patient! He made an effort to connect with my son. He answered questions and made him comfortable. We are having surgery tomorrow to fix his nose from being hit by a pitch in a baseball game. The staff was kind, friendly and helpful! I cannot say enough great things about our visit.
Took 6 year old autistic son for exam. Jessica arnp and Dr Daube were fantastic. A lot of medical can rush you through, but they spent time, and explained thoroughly. It can be hard to find people that care and my son couldn't stop hugging them. It feels good knowing there are people like this in practice and treating patients.
Recently had Botox for a medical condition, Botox was done after initial visit assessment, stating they could help with my condition. Office informed me they do not bill insurance, even tho they acknowledged it's a medical, not cosmetic procedure in my case, and I would need to cover cost. I understood and had no problem doing this, I would simply request reimbursement through my insurance, who always covers this procedure. Dr Daube is an awesome surgeon! He really cares for his patients and I consider him one of the best and nicest in this town. He has always taken good care of me anytime me or my son when we got sick with COVID a few times. I trust him tremendously not only with my own life, but with my child’s as well. Dr Daube did my daughter’s tonsillectomy; he and his staff took wonderful care of her and eased all my worries about her having surgery so young. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of an ENT.
